Returns policy: Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. You must contact us in writing to confirm that you wish to return an item, and we will refund in full excluding delivery charge (cost of return postage is borne by you). If faulty or damaged, contact us to confirm return and obtain instructions on the return method and we will refund in full including original delivery charge and return postage.
Delivery: P&P is a flat rate of £4 for delivery across the UK. See our FAQ for more information on shipping methods and charges.
Payment: via PayPal – you will be directed to the PayPal website at checkout. PayPal gives you the option to pay securely by debit or credit card – you don’t need to have a PayPal account. We also accept payment by cheque. All prices are in £ Sterling (GBP).
Product descriptions and colours: we have taken care to describe products fully including accurate description of colours. Please bear in mind that colours may not appear exactly the same on your computer screen as in real life. Where a precise colour match is required, we can supply a colour reference in the form of the corresponding Dulux paint colour swatch – please contact us for this.

You agree that you will not (nor assist or facilitate a third party to) commercially exploit or create derivative works from the products and other content on this site.
Privacy policy: we collect your contact details at checkout to allow us to post lampshade but will never disclose these to anyone else. No financial details are collected by us (only by PayPal). If you want to know what details we hold about you, just contact us in writing.
